6 tbsp sesampasta (Tahin)
2 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

Mix all dry herbs for the gyros herbs among each other.

Put the chicken in a mixing bowl Add 2 tbsp homemade gyros herbs, 2 tbsp peanut oil and juice of 1 lime.

Mix the chicken under the marinade.

Cut the Roman lettuce into strips and the tomatoes into thin slices.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp peanut oil. Add the chicken when the pan is hot. Bake the chicken leg fillets for 5 minutes until golden brown on both sides until they are cooked.

Mix all ingredients for the sauce. Add water to the desired thickness.

Remove the chicken from the pan and cut it into strips.

Place the pitas for 3-4 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.

Cut the pita bread in half, spread on 2 sides sauce.

Fill with lettuce, tomato a chicken.
