1 red pepper
200 g nachos
150 g of grated cheddar
2 tbsp honey
1.5 dl cider vinegar
20 g butter
1 dish of red peppers (50 g)
1 bunch of coriander

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.

Fry the minced pork on a fairly high heat, in a frying pan with the warm butter. Stir well with a spatula; Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Drain in a sieve.

Dissolve the honey in the vinegar and add the red peppers cut into fine slices.

Cut the red pepper into fine brunoise and roughly chop the coriander.

Divide the nachos over small dishes (or place them in a large bowl to share), sprinkle with grated cheddar and let them melt in the oven for 3 minutes.

Add the meat, together with the peppers, the coriander and slices of red pepper. Serve warm.
