1 Bot Bot Radijzen, washed
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
4 tbsp olive oil
Juice of and 1 lemon
Pepper and salt
80 g Parmesan cheese in pieces
Possibly a dash of cold water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a cutter and mix roughly, the longer you mix, the smoother it gets, add some water if necessary. I like it with some bite.

Store about 4 days in closed jar in fridge.

Totally no waste!
