4 vegetable burgers from Iglo Green Cuisine
4 farm eggs
Knob
800 g floral potatoes
80 g butter
100 ml of hot milk
Pepper, salt, nutmeg
125 g finely chopped white cabbage or pointed cabbage
8 slices of cheddar cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Warm the oven for 210 °. Peel the potatoes and steam them.

Place the vegetable burgers on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes until they nicely colored and crispy lay the cheese on the last minute to melt.

Stamp the potatoes with the butter, milk and herbs, taste, season and now mix the white cabbage under it

Bake 4 mirror eggs in the butter.

Dress a puree puree with the vegetable citizen and melted cheese. Finish with the Spiegeleitj. Everyone at the table!
