Pastrami Sandwich with pickled red cabbage, cheddar and kimchi mayonnaise

What do you need?
For the sandwich:
4 slices of brioche bread
120 g Pastrami, in thin slices
2 sweet and sour pickles
2 silver onions on vinegar
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1 bag of fries chips or chips of your choice
For the pickled red cabbage:
¼ small red cabbage, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
1 KL sugar
1 tsp of salt
For the Kimchi mustard mayonnaise:
3 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped kimchi
1 TL mustard
