200 g oyster mushrooms
200 g shiitake
Black pepper from the mill
Salty
200 g sour cream
250 ml room
SIGNE OF CITROEN
2 tbsp olive oil
Lump
400 g squid tagliatelle or ordinary

Finishing:

Parmesan flakes
Plain parsley
Olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put butter and olive oil in the pan, when it is warm, add the mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper and grate look. Bake until the mushrooms are crispy.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package in plenty of salted water, keep some cooking liquid aside.

Add the cream, sour cream and lemon zest to the mushrooms. Wride firmly with pepper from the mill and warm up well.

Mix everything well together with the pasta, possibly add some cooking liquid.

Finish with Parmesan, flat parsley and olive oil.
