Boontjes: Cut the ends of the green beans.
Cook the green beans for 5 minutes in a large pan with salted boiling water and a stock cube and lump butter
Drain the beans and immediately put them in ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
Cooking potatoes: bring a large pan with salted water to the boil and cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
Cook eggs: cook the eggs for 6 minutes, then immerse them in ice cold water and peel them.
Cap the beans and cook in large jar of salted water
Shock under cold water and leak well
Making dressing: Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a jar, shake well
Compile salad: mix the potatoes, beans and the dressing in a large bowl. Serve the salad with the eggs on top.
