200 g self -rating flower
350 ml of full milk
150 ml spray water

1 bag of vanilla sugar
2 large eggs
30 g melted butter + extra to bake

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the flour, vanilla sugar and salt in a large bowl.

Pour a little more than half of the milk to the flour.

Beat well so that there are no more lumps.

Beat the eggs under it, the rest of the milk and the butter. If you had to have any lumps, sieve or mix the dough, stir the spray water under it.

Heat a frying pan and add a knob of butter, spread the entire pan with a brush.

Take a small ladle of dough and pour into the pan, make a rotating movement with your pan so that you have a fully covered bottom dough.

Don't make it too fat.

Let the pancake color and turn them over, let it bake a little further.

Place on a plate and put another plate on it to keep them warm.

Grease your pan every time and fry the dough in the same way.

Serve with sugar, chocolate or jam.

My favorite is butter, sugar and fresh lemon juice.
