Week or cook noodles as stated on packaging, rinse well.
Peel carrot and cut into fine julienne. Finely chop white cabbage and spring onion.
Finely chop onion and garlic and color for 2 to 3 minutes into the oil, add minced meat, crush until everything is finely finished. Add carrot and cabbage as well as all the sauces, let everything bake for 4 minutes while stirring.
Turn the noodles under it, mix well and finish with spring onion.
Put on the table with some hot sauce if you like to eat spicy
