1 oyster
1 drop tabasco
1 KL Vodka
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp of slices of spring onion
1/2 TL Mirin
Sixte of a Citroen

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Open the oysters, loosen them, remove them from the shell and place on a plate. Make sure there are no pieces of the dish.

Fill a shot glass with tabasco, vodka, soy sauce and mirin.

Place 1 oyster on it.

Finish with finely chopped spring onion and Zeste from Citroen.
