270 g choco (recipe)
120 ml coconut blossom syrup Biotona
220 g almond powder
80 g hazelnuts, finely chopped
300 g melted chocolate (min 70 % cocoa)
pistachio nuts, coarse minced meat
2 tbsp goji berries
Sniffje Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the chocolate, almond powder, hazelnuts and coconut blossom syrup among each other. Spoon balls and let it set in the fridge for 1 hour. Dip in melted chocolate (not too hot) and place on plate with baking paper. Sprinkle with pistachio nuts, goji berries and Fleur de Sel. Let it set and store in the fridge.
