Soil:
200 g speculoos cookies
40 g melted butter

Filling:
250 g cream cheese at room temperature
250 ml whipped cream half beaten up
100 g biscoff spread
2 tbsp powdered sugar

TOPPINGS:
100 g slightly heated speculoospread
4 speculaas cookies crumbled
Dots whipped cream

12 small cupcake shapes

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cutter the cookies with butter and divide into the cupcake molds, press well.

Beat the cream cheese, spread and sugar lightly, gently mix the cream and divide into the molds.

Freeze 2U, take out of the molds, finish with dot whipped cream, stripes spread and crumbled cookies, let it thaw for 10 minutes.
