Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the garlic and onion, cut the eggplant lengthwise into thick slices, then into thick bars and then cubes, put everything in the baking tin, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the oil, mix everything well together, bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° with 2 blazers.
