Finely chop the garlic, ginger, onion, carrot and leek. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the finely chopped vegetables briefly and powerfully, for 4 minutes.
Add the sauces and the rice, fry until everything is warmed up nicely. Bake 4 fried eggs, divide together with the rice on the plates. Sprinkle the finely chopped spring onion and pepper, serve with a piece of lemon.
This is a perfect vegetarian lunch or dinner. A piece of baked chicken, salmon or fried mushrooms certainly fits in with this.
