Cut the cheese with crust, in cubes, grate the garlic and season with pepper from the mill and salt.
Let everything boil with the milk and mix with hand blender, stir the cornflour mixed with milk and let it boil again and the sauce is ready.
Tasting and possibly weeds, mix again just before serving.
Pour the nachos on a plateau, make room in the middle to put the bowl of sauce.
Spray stripes of Sriracha sauce on the nachos.
Finely chop the jalapeños and coriander and the red onion into slices.
Finish the nachos with the finely cut red onion, jalapeño and coriander.
Pour the cheese sauce into a small bowl and place between the nachos.
