What do you need?
450 g peeled gray shrimps
3 eggs
3 chicory stumps
1 ½ avocado
2 apples
2 red grapefruit
1 cucumber
100 g of field lettuce
3 lemons
3 tbsp olive oil
For the cocktail sauce:
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
3 tbsp cognac
1 can of tomato concentrate (70 g)
3 tbsp ketchup
6 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
Pepper and salt
