450 g peeled gray shrimps
3 eggs
3 chicory stumps
1 ½ avocado
2 apples
2 red grapefruit
1 cucumber
100 g of field lettuce
3 lemons
3 tbsp olive oil

For the cocktail sauce:
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
3 tbsp cognac
1 can of tomato concentrate (70 g)
3 tbsp ketchup
6 tbsp fresh mayonnaise
Pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put the eggs in a saucepan with boiling water and count 5 minutes of cooking time from the resistance of the boiling point. Immediately immerse them in cold water.

Mix all ingredients for the sauce.

Peel the grapefruit and vif and cut them into slices. Cut the apples into small slices. Chop the chicory stumps.

Cut the cucumber into 3 and then cut each piece into 4 segments. Roast them on all sides in a hot grill pan. Cut the avocados in 8 and the lemons into 2; Roast them too.

Peel the eggs. Divide the lamb's lettuce, the chicory strenks, the mature coses, the avocados, the cucumber, the apples and the lemons on the plates. Sprinkle with a dash of olive oil, add the gray shrimp and ½ soft -boiled egg per person. Serve and add the sauce separately.
