What do you need?

Quantity: 4P

1 bag of ready -made falafel (450g)
1 box of dolmades (stuffed wine leaves)
1 bunch of white and 1 bunch of blue grapes
½ cucumber washed
1 box of mini pointed peppers, washed
150 g black Kalamata olives
4 pita sandwiches

Labneh:
480 g full yogurt
1 tsp of salt
1 kl sumak
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp olive oil

Hummus:
265 g of canned chickpeas, leaked and flushed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tahin
Juice of 1 lemon
Pepper and salt
2 toe look
Ice water
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
1 klkijn seed or powder

Feta with thyme:
1 block feta of 200G
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clad dried or fresh lemon thyme

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Labneh: Drain the yogurt 1 night in Neteldoek, catch the thickened yogurt in a small bowl and mix sniff salt, rub nicely until you have a well, finish with sumac, pomegranate and olive oil, put on a large plateau or board.

Hummus made of chickpeas: Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well, add jets of water until you get a very smooth creamy humus, taste and season with extra pepper and salt. Pour in a small bowl, rub a well and pour some olive oil over it, sprinkle the cumin and finely chopped mint over it, put on the dish.

Feta: Break the feta into pieces and put in a small bowl, sprinkle with dried or fresh lemon thyme and pour the olive oil over it, put on the shelf.

Heat the falafel as stated on the package.

Cut the grapes into small clusters, put them in between

Cut the cucumber into sloping bars and place it, along with the dolmades, olives, cut peppers in half and here and there a sprig of mint.

Toast the pita bread, place them and put in between with the warm falafel.

Put everything on the table and enjoy the Happy Faces!
