Crispy "bowl"
1 sheet of crust dough
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 KL curry powder

Filling
350 g soft fresh goat cheese
Vegetables that your kids like:
carrots, corn, lettuce, tomato, zucchini, radishes ...
cut into slices and sprinkled with some soft olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Sprinkle the curry and the sesame over the dough. Press the dough well and pierce it with a fork. Bake blind in a cupcake shape (take hard shapes in metal or silicone) with baking paper in it, 12 minutes on a preheated oven at 185 °. Stir the goat cheese. Finely chop the washed vegetables and mix with the olive oil. Fill the cakes with the goat cheese, and finish with the vegetables on it.
