Preparation method

How do you make this?

For the shrimp: Put the flour in a bowl and add the paprika, the salt and pepper. Mix well.

Beat the eggs in another bowl. Put the bowls next to each other. Dip the shrimp in the egg one by one, then in the flower, then again in the egg and finally in the flower again.

Then heat a pan with oil. Fry the shrimp for about 3 to 4 minutes, until they turn nicely golden brown on both sides.

For the sauce: Put the Greek yogurt, the sriracha sauce and the lime juice in a small bowl. Stir and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

For the tacos: Heat the tortilla skins in a pan. You do that at about 1 minute.

Place a tortillavel in your workplace and spread a thin layer of the sauce. Then place a handful of the finely chopped white cabbage and then the red onion, tomato, the avocado and the fried shrimp.

Finish with some extra red onion, the sauce and fresh coriander/parsley. Finish the rest of the tacos.
