1 tbsp honey (for garnish)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare: preheat the oven to 190 ° C and grease a baking dish or a bowl of light.

Mix: Put the oatmeal, cottage cheese, eggs, honey, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor. Mix until smooth.

Compiling: Pour the batter into the greased bowl. Divide the red fruit (blueberries and raspberries) evenly over the batter.

Bake: Bake the bowl for 18-20 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is firm and light until golden brown.

Serve: let the bowl cool briefly, drop the extra honey over the top, and serve immediately.
