500 g macaroni
6 thick slices of bonehesp
300 g freshly ground Emmental Cheese
30 g butter
40 g flower
700 ml of cold milk
Pepper and salt
Snuff
Parmesan cheese

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the ham into cubes.

Cook the macaroni as on the package.

Melt the butter in a large pot and let it become frothy, add the flour in one go and let it cook for a while so that it turns lightly, pour in a part of milk, beat all lumps, season well with salt and pepper nut if you like that.

Pour in the rest of the milk and bring to the boil by constantly stirring, stir well -boiled, stir in the cheese and pasta, then ham will stir well under each other.

Finish with freshly rayed parmesan.
