Quantity: 500G

Yogurt in a Greek way (or preferably)

Crispy oatmeal banana crunchy
2 bananas
180 g oatmeal
2 tbsp coconut grater
1 El Agave
55 g dark chocolate min 70%
½ fluorescent cinnamon
Pinch

Toppings per person
A handful of blueberries
½ banana in slices
5 to 6 homemade oatmeal crunchies

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the banana, mash with a fork into a paste in a deep plate.

Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add with the rest of the ingredients, mix well and make small flat heaps, the size of a banana disc, on baking sheet with baking paper.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 °, let cool. Store in a jar with lid.

Get your hazelnut yogurt in a Greek way in a bowl. Divide the crunchy, banana slices and blueberries on top.
