Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the broccoli into florets and peel the trunk, cut it into pieces. Cook or steam the broccoli until it is nice and soft.

Cook the macaroni as on the package, in large salted water. Drain and keep about 400 ml of the cooking liquid.

Put the steamed broccoli, burrata, basil, parmesan cheese and half of the ground Emmental cheese in a blender or high measuring cup. Season well with salt and pepper. Add another dash of cooking liquid and mix everything into a wonderfully creamy, green broccoli cheese sauce.

Put the sauce back in the large pot and mix it well with the macaroni. Also add the sliced ​​ham.

Serve immediately and finish with the rest of the ground Emmental Cheese.

You can also put everything in a baking dish, sprinkle extra cheese on top and have it gratied in the oven. This way you can serve the dish whenever you want.
