For the Mac & Cheese:
250 g macaroni
500 g roasted pumpkin (soft and cooked)
400 ml of milk
80 g of grated Parmesan cheese or 80 g grated cheddar
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TL dried oregano
Black pepper from the mill

For the roasted pumpkin:
500 g of pumpkin (for example, bottle pumpkin or Hokkaido)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

For the turkey citizens:
800 g turkey minced meat
1 handful of confige cranberries
1 tbsp finely chopped flat parsley
1 handful of roasted pine nuts
Pepper and salt from the mill

Extra:
Cranberry sauce
4 sprigs of rosemary (for decoration)
Extra grated cheese on top

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roasting pumpkin: Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and cut into pieces. Mix the pumpkin with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.

Create pumpkin sauce: Put the roasted pumpkin in a high measuring cup together with the milk, Parmesan cheese, cheddar, paprika, garlic powder, oregano and a pinch of black pepper. Mix with a hand blender into a creamy sauce.

Cooking macaroni: cook the macaroni al dente according to the package. Drain and mix directly with the pumpkin sauce.

Mac & cheese bins: grease the baking accessory of the Optigrill with butter and divide the pumpkin macaroni in it. Sprinkle with extra grated cheese and gratine on the grill position and choose the red color position.

Make turkey citizens: mix the turkey minced meat with the cranberries, pine nuts, parsley, pepper and salt. Form small flat burgers.

Grilling burdens: set the optigill to BBQ when the macaroni is ready. Grill the burgers for 3 minutes on both sides until they are nicely golden brown and cooked inside.

Serve: Spoon a portion of Mac & Cheese on the plate, place a turkey citizen next to it and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Add a scoop of cranberry sauce for a festive finishing touch.
