Limoncello Punch (for 2 people):
6 CL Limoncello
4 CL Vermout Witte or Amber
Juice of 2 large mandarins
Sixthe of 1 Citroen 1TL
1 bottle of prosecco

Possible garnishes for the ice blocks:
Edible flowers, rosemary, lemon, lime, mandarin, cranberries ... various ice block shapes.

Mocktail Punch (for 1 person):
1 kl. honey
½ lemon
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
Juice of 2 mandarins
Spraying water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Limoncello Punch: Make the ice blocks:

Fill your shapes with the garnishes of your choice, pour water to the top.

Put at minus 4 hours in freezer.

Put all the ingredients (except the prosecco) in a shaker, Shake well.

You can prepare this in advance and store it in your fridge.

Once you want to serve, divide the punch into 2 glasses.

Put your ice blocks in it.

Top the glass with prosecco.

Santé on this special year and live next year! 🙂

Mocktail Punch: Make the ice blocks:

Fill your shapes with the garnishes of your choice, pour water to the top.

Put at minus 4 hours in freezer.

Cut the lemon into pieces and put in a shaker, together with the honey and rosemary leaves.

With a pestle you bruise these ingredients firmly under each other so that their delicious flavors and aromas are released, you add the juice of 2 mandarins.

You can make this mixture in advance and store it in your fridge.

Once you want to serve you first sieve through in your glass.

Put an ice block in it with some spray water.
