200 g fresh anchovy fillets 4 tbsp olive oil sixthe of lime 1 lime a handful of capers 50 g of fitted red onion 2 sprigs of rosemary

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Open the anchovy fillets on a dish.

Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, sixth lime and lime juice in a small bowl.

Pour this over the anchovies and finish with capers and pickled red onion.

Season with pepper, not with salt. The anchovies is in itself salt enough.

Zits the rosemary of the twigs and sprinkle over the anchovies.
