2 egg yolks at room temperature
1 kl of sea salt
pepper from the mill
juice
1 kl wasabi powder or pasta
± 200ml extra virgin coconut oil of 1st pressing at room temperature (this can be a bit more or less if the desired thickness)
2 kl grated ginger
