250 g rigatoni pasta
150 g fresh goat cheese
125 g baby spinach
2 toes look
4 Spring onion
100 g Parmesan cheese
Pezo
1 vegetables broth cube
800 ml of water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Take a cooking pot and add the water and stock cube. Finely chop the spring onion and grate the look over it, add. Then add the pasta and goat cheese and stir everything well together.

Let it boil and then put fire a little softer, let it boil for 15 minutes, stir regularly, stir in the spinach and cheese last, stir well together. If you see that the water evaporates too quickly, put a lid on it.

Serve immediately!
