What do you need?
2 bags of fast -cooking basmati rice, or regular basmati rice that you first soak for 1 hour
2 point peppers
4 Young carrots
1 pack of Sugar Snaps
400 ml of coconut cream
400 ml of water
400 g meat of chicken buttocks
1 tbsp yellow curry powder
4 cloves of look
1 sweet onion
1 Klkurkuma
1 Kloriander seeds finely mashed
1 tbsp finely sliced ginger
1 tsp chili powder
Finish with
Spring onion chopped
Mint, flat parsley coarsely cut
