What do you need?

120 g soft butter
60 ml of milk
120 ml maple syrup
1 vanilla sock
pinch
1 ½ tsp baking powder

340 gr. spell flower
100 gr. coconut sugar

Colored glaze:
green:
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 KL MATCHAPOED
lemon juice

red:
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1el concentrated red beet juice biotona

white:
2 tbsp powdered sugar
lemon juice

glitter sugar:
Bronze:
1 KL Glitter powder Bronze
2 tbsp raw cane sugar

gold:
1 kl of glitter powder gold
2 tbsp raw cane sugar

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix butter, milk, maple syrup, marrow of vanilla sock and salt.

Sift the baking powder and add.

Beat well (it doesn't hurt if this slightly shift).

Sieve the spelled flower over it and mix briefly into a homogeneous dough ball.

Place on plastic foil, push flat and pack.

Have a minimum of 2 hours.

Decoration (5 colors)

Green enamel:

Mix powdered sugar with matcha.

Add lemon until you get a nice smooth mass

Red enamel:

Mix powdered sugar with red beef juice and mix until smooth

White enamel:

Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth

Glitter sugar bronze:

Mix cane sugar with bronze gloss powder.

Glitter sugar gold:

Mix cane sugar with golden gloss powder.

Take the dough out of the fridge.

Sprinkle with flour and beat flat between 2 sheets of baking paper

Roll out the dough with some extra flour on both sides so that the dough does not stick to it

Expand the molds.

Place on an oven plate with baking paper and bake for 8 minutes at 180 °.

Allow to cool.

Glaze in different piping bags (cut a small corner: this allows it to decorate very nice).

Let your creativity run free: decorate with the different types of glaze and glitter sugar.
