2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
Juice of 2 limes
2 toe look finely chopped
350 to 400 g Black Tiger Scampi
Noodles of your choice
250 g Broccolini
1 bag of soy sprouts
1 Bot Coriander
500 g white asparagus
125 g green asparagus

2 tbsp Santa Maria Teriyaki spice mixture

2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
Juice of 2 limes
2 toe look finely chopped
350 to 400 g Black Tiger Scampi
Noodles of your choice
250 g Broccolini
1 bag of soy sprouts
1 Bot Coriander
500 g white asparagus
125 g green asparagus

2 tbsp Santa Maria Teriyaki spice mixture

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the scampi but still leave the tail on it, that looks more beautiful.

Mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lime juice and 1 tbsp teriyaki herbs among each other.

Peel the white asparagus, cut 1 cm at the bottom, cut into bite -sized sloping pieces.

Cut the green asparagus only half a cm at the bottom and cut them in half.

Cut the broccolini into bite -sized pieces.

Season the scampi with 1 tbsp mixture Teriyaki herbs, fry them briefly and powerfully on both sides in the oil, remove them.

Add all the vegetables in the wok and fry them powerfully while shaking, just stirring powerfully is also allowed.

Continue to mix well for 5 minutes!

Add the scampi and extinguish with the mix, wok 1 minute further.

Pour in a large bowl, finish with the soy sprouts, spring onion and coriander.

Sprinkling crispy ajuintjes or peanuts about this is also possible.
