250 g shiitake
1 tbsp ginger, grated
250 g peeled edamame beans (green soybeans)
1 zucchini
½ bone mint
1 tbsp sesame oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Gently bring the chicken broth to the boil.

Meanwhile, cut the shiitake into slices and add them to the broth with the beans and ginger. Let it cook for 1 minute.

Make noodles from the zucchini with a spiral cutter or with a mandolin. Or cut fine slices with a peeler.

Add and let it boil for another 1 minute.

Serve in bowls.

Finish with finely sliced ​​mint and some drops of sesame oil.
