6 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
2 large, sturdy tomatoes
200 g arrow ink fish, cut into cubes of 1 cm
1 teaspoon of saffron threads
1 liter high -quality fish stock
pepper and salt
2 bags of squid ink
400 g paellar list
1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Grate the tomatoes in a bowl, keep the pulp and the juice, put the skin away.

Put oil in your largest pan and put on the fire. Add the onion and garlic. Let lights color. Add the rice and let it fry briefly.

Deglaze with the tomato pulp and fry it for a while. Add broth and now let it boil for 10 minutes with regular stirring. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. You can no longer stir here.

Put the squid on it and simmer for another 2 minutes. No more stir here.

Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Prepare spoons. YES! Everyone at the table eats from the same pan. So love this!
