1 bone chervil
2 onions
2 large leek tangles
1 releasing potato
4 Knackworstjes
1 tbsp butter
Thyme
1 l chicken stock

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Finely chop the onion and leek and stew into butter.

Deglaze with broth and add the peeled potato in pieces, bind thyme and bay leaf together and add. Let it simmer for 20 minutes.

You can simply cut the sausages into slices or you make them a little funnier: cut the sausages into 3, cut a notch from above and then you cut in a different direction.

Place them in boiling water for 1 minute so that they start curling nicely.

Remove thyme and bay leaf from the soup, add the chervil and mix finely.

Serve the soup with the sausages.
