Drain the potatoes and add them to the peas. Stamp them together into a coarse puree. Add buttermilk and season with pepper, salt and nutmeg.
Mirror eggs: Place 4 serving rings in a pan and put a knob of butter in it. Break each egg into a small bowl and carefully pour into the serving rings. When the protein is solidified, remove the pan from the heat.
Serve: Serve the puree with the hamburger with cheese, place the fried egg and the onion rings on top. Tasty!
