Quantity: 1 pot of 1.5l

1 kg pickurken 5 tbsp salt 1 Weck jar of 1.5 l 5 tbsp sugar ½ tbsp mustard seeds ½ tbsp white pepper bulbs 400 ml of water 600 ml of vinegar

How do you make this?

Scrub the pickles thoroughly with salt: put them in a bowl with three tablespoons of salt and rub them well. After all, pickles have quite a bumpy skin, and the salt helps to remove all dirt. Rinse them with water.

Put the pickles in a preserving jar together with two tablespoons of salt, sugar, mustard seeds and the white pepper bulbs.

Boil the water and the vinegar and pour it over the pickles in the preserving jar.

Set the pot for an hour upside down to mix everything well and then save in a cool, dry place.
