What do you need?

Quantity:

1 kg pre -cooked rinsed chickpeas
juice and sixth of 2 large lemons
1 greedy tablespoon of tahini
5 tbsp olive oil
pepper and salt
250 ml chicken broth
1 KL look powder (is also fresh, but is less digestible)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Roast the coriander, cumin, fennel and sesame seeds in a cast iron pan until the sesame seeds are nice golden yellow and your kitchen smells of vacation.

Put it in a mortar and let cool.

Add thyme, sumac powder and olive oil and mix under each other.
