Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut your kohlrabi julienne and radishes into slices. Put in large bowl, cut coriander roughly, add the cashew nuts, lime juice, soy sauce, tahini, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, chili and spring onion and mix.

Cook the windows like on the package, rinse them well, add and mix everything under each other.

Remove the meat 1 hour from the fridge for preparation. Let your grill pan be hot on the heat, put salt and pepper on your sealing, spread in with 1 tbsp of oil on both sides and place your seal in the grill pan.

At least one minute and half left without touching so that a nice crust forms and it easily comes loose.

Turn your sealing a quarter turn so that you get a nice quadrillage, (diamonds). Do the same on the other side. Depending on the thickness of the prime time of adjusting bins, meat must be saignant.

Let it rest for 2 minutes before cutting into super thin slices, mix under the windows with vegetables and let yourself go !!
