4 Medjoul Dates (soaked)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp pecans
2 tbsp unsalted peanut nuts
1 Sniff salt
100 g oatmeal

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cutter the dates to slippery mass.

Mix the larger notes.

Mix with the rest of the ingredients and knead everything together.

Knead heaps of them, roll balls of it and then press them flat into cookies.

Keep in the fridge.

Then there is always a healthy snack ready 😉
