1 avocado
1 large mustard
2 tbsp yellow onion, finely chopped
Sixthe of 1 lime
1 egg
3 tbsp chapelure
3 boxes of grilled mackerel fillets on oil (net weight 120 gr./blik)
Pezo
¼ parsley
1 KL Tabasco
peanut

12 slices of fresh bacon

Tartar sauce:
250 fresh mayonnaise
½ red onion chopped
2 tbsp tarragon chopped
3 KL capers
1 sweet pickle, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley finely cut

½ iceberg lettuce

1 Coeur de Boeuf tomato

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Spoon out the avocado cut into pieces and add the rest of the hamburges. Mix well together. Form 4 beautiful hamburgers.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon crispy.

Mix the ingredients for the tartar sauce.

Bake the hamburgers in peanut oil, 2 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, warm the sandwiches cut in two in the preheated oven at 200 °.
