Preparation method

How do you make this?

Warm your oven for 180 °. Finely chop the dates and mix them together with your herbs, coconut oil and salt in the water.

Hak pistachio nuts roughly. Mix all nuts, seeds and seeds in a large bowl under each other and stir the water underneath, keep stirring until all the water is absorbed. Place baking paper in your baking tin, scrape everything in it and spread it smoothly. Sprinkle some seeds and seeds over it and press lightly.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C. Remove from the baking tin with baking paper and put it back in the oven. Let it cool in the oven.

Store for at least a week, packed in the fridge.
