1 Round sheet of puff pastry (preferably with butter)
1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
1 eidooier, beaten with 1 tablespoon of milk
1 sprig of rosemary, leaves drained

Cheese mixing:
3 Boxes Madame Loïk Cheese (or another fresh cream cheese)
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of pink peppercorns, coarse ground
1 teaspoon of black peppercorns, coarsely ground

TOPPINGS:
1 box of large green olives
1 bunch of white grapes, washed
1 handful of Braziloten
1 box of black olives
6 slices of Mortadella
8 dry sausages, fine
8 dried figs, halved
1 handful of mixed nuts of your choice
1 conference pear, in thin slices
Eetbare bloemen of verse kruiden (bijv. tijm of basilicum)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preparing puff pastry: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Roll out the puff pastry and place a small plate in the middle. Cut a circle from the middle and divide it into 8 small triangles.

Wreath forms: Place the cut triangles on the outer edge of the puff pastry wreath. Brush the entire wreath with the egg yolk milk mixture and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and the rosemary leaves.

Bake: Bake the puff pastry wreath in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until it is golden brown and crispy. Laat vervolgens volledig afkoelen.

Cheese mixing: Put the Madame Loïk cheese in a bowl, add the finely chopped spring onions and the pink and black pepper. Mix well and scoop the mixture into a piping bag with a round nozzle.
