1.6 liter homemade Basic Kombucha, without Scoby
1 organic apple, washed and cut into pieces
3 Basil branches, washed
1 clean bottle of 1 liter with cap

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Divide the kombucha evenly over two sterile bottles.

Add the apple and branches of basil to each bottle.

Close the bottles and keep them in a dark, not too cold place for the second fermentation.

After 2-3 days, check the development of CO2 by carefully opening the bottle. Depending on the sugar content of the fruit, you should already feel a slight sparkle.

Store the kombucha in the fridge after this period.
