Overnight OATS:
4 apples (in small cubes, with peel)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
200 g oatmeal
400 ml of vegetable milk (eg almond milk)
250 g vegetable yogurt
1 teaspoon of agave syrup (or honey/coconut blossom sugar)

KOOS SCHROUGBLE:
150 g coconut grater
1 tablespoon of agave syrup
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 pinch of salt

Overnight OATS:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare the fried apple: cut the apples into small cubes.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan and add the apple cubes and cinnamon.

Bake until the apples are golden brown and slightly caramelized. Set aside.

Make the overnight oats: mix half of the baked apple with the oatmeal, vegetable milk, yogurt and agave syrup.

Divide the mixture over glasses or bowls, cover and put in the fridge overnight.

Prepare the coconut drumme: mix the coconut grater, agave syrup, coconut oil and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Spread the mixture on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 165 ° C, until golden brown. Allow to cool and store in a sealed pot.

Serve: Finish the Overnight Oats in the morning with an extra spoon of vegetable yogurt, the other baked apple and the coconut drumme.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
