What do you need?

Quantity: 2p

2 cuts wholemeal bread
2 eggs
Olive oil
1 ripe avocado
1 TL chiliflakes
Extra basil for on top

Pesto:
300 g basil leaves
150 g fresh parmesan grated
80 g roasted pine nuts
Juice of 1 lemon
1 toe look
Pepper and salt
6 tbsp olive oil
100 ml of water

6 tbsp olive oil
100 ml of water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix all ingredients for the pesto together, it can certainly be a bit coarse

Put 1 tbsp per person in a pan, stir open a little and break a bin over it as you bake a Sunny Side Up.

Toast your bread and spread with fine slices of avocado, put the pesto egg over it with certainly all pesto from the pan. 🙂

Finish with basil, olive oil and chiliflakes.
