3 unpeeled sweet potatoes (equally large)
1 tbsp olive oil
Pezo
Garlic
1 can of chickpeas
1 tsp pepper (may also be smoked)
1 tbsp olive oil

For the dressing:

125 g yogurt
2 tbsp granted cheese
Mustard
Juice v ½ lemon
Pezo

For garnish:

2 young onions finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the sweet potatoes in half and spread with olive oil, season with pezo.

Sprinkle the chickpeas with olive oil and paprika powder.

Add everything together in the Airfryer and bake for 25 minutes at 200 °

Combine the yogurt and mustard.

Grate the cheese over it and sprinkle with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Spoon the puffed sweet potatoes and chickpeas on a plate and scoop the dressing over it.

Finish with finely sliced ​​onion.
