What do you need?
2 bananas (from the freezer) in pieces
100 g spinach
125 g Greek yogurt
1 small avocado
1 kl of fresh ginger cut into pieces.
2 Medjoul Dates
200 ml of unsweetened coconut water
Juice of ½ orange
My toppings, spread over 2 bowls:
1 kiwi in thin slices
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of raspberries
2 tbsp chia seed or hemp seed
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
