Gazpacho
+_600 g Meloen, Cavaillon
2 large tomatoes
1 clove look
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 kl of salt
Rich pepper from the mill
A few drops of tabasco to taste

Garnish
1 burrata in pieces
Radishes
10 mint leaves finely cut
2 spring onions finely cut
Olive oil

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients for the gazpacho in a blender. Mix for 2 minutes, season to taste, put in the fridge for 2 hours. Stir the gazpacho, divide bowls, finish with the with garnish.
