SALAD
1 Friséesla, washed
2 tomatoes
4 hard -boiled eggs, peeled
350 g blue cheese (Achelse blue or gorgonzola)
400 g bacon, in strips
250 g beans, al dente cooked

SAUCE
2 tablespoons of honey
4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
8 tablespoons of peanut oil
1 red onion, finely chopped
pepper and salt

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Pull the lettuce into pieces of 4 to 5 centimeters and divide over the plates.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them. Divide the beans over it. Cut the eggs in half and arrange them around it.

Put the bacon and the red onion with a knob of butter in a pan and fry them crispy. Place on a kitchen paper and pour the fat away.

Deglaze the pan with vinegar and stir the honey and oil.

Spoon the bacon back into the pan and fry for a moment.

Divide the cheese and bacon over the plates.
