400 g pasta of your choice
fine salt
250 g sour cream
Black pepper from the mill
Fleur de Sel
1 truffle
1 ladle cooking liquid of the pasta

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place a large saucepan with water and a lot of salt on the fire. Cook the pasta as stated on the packaging Al Dente. Keep some cooking liquid aside and drain.

Pour the pasta back into the pan and add the sour cream. Stir well. As soon as the cream gets too thick and too sticky, add some cooking liquid. Season with pepper and fleur de sel.

Spoon in a bowl and grate the truffle over it. You can even continue to add cooking liquid at the table if it gets too sticky.
